Touring Scotland
Posted by Pat Hara on 12/01/2016
Hello Rabbie's! We 3 senior women have been referred to you by a friend & will be ending a tour in Edinburgh as the only Scottish site & would like to stay on & visit Inverness, the Isle of Skye & Glasgow from 4/7 to 4/10/16. Do you make travel, hotel, guided tour arrangements? We hear that the central train station in Glasgow is a definite place to see. Of course, finances are always an issue. Thanx

In addition, I see that you might have luggage requirements. Since we are coming from the US, is it possible to stow luggage somewhere for 3-4 days? Maybe we can get to the Glasgow train station & stow there?

Hello Pat,
Many thanks for your message and for your interest in Rabbie's!
We'd be delighted to welcome you on tour with us!
We have several different tours that might be of interest to you, both departing from Edinburgh and from Glasgow.
If from Edinburgh, our Isle of Skye 3 Day Tour will take you around the central highlands, and to the scenic Isle of Skye. This tour is also available departing from Glasgow.
Additionally, from Edinburgh we also have a 2 Day Loch Ness & Inverness Highland Tour, which may be of interest based on your desire to visit Inverness.
If you'd like to take a tour of the city of Glasgow itself, we also offer a half-day guided tour of the city.
Whilst on a multi-day tour, Rabbie's can take care of your accommodation arrangements.
In terms of luggage, each passenger is allocated 15kg of luggage each - this is in order to comply with legal weight restrictions placed on vehicles in the UK. You may wish to use a left-luggage storage service, commonly available at larger train stations and at airports, if you have more luggage than this.
You can find out all about these tours, as well as everything else we have on offer, on our main website.
Please do feel free to get back in touch if you have any further questions, either here or by emailing us at tours@rabbies.com
Kind regards,
Adam
